Nearly all bookmarks and cards can be personalized. Default personalization option is recipient's name or a short dedication on the front. Adding this type of personalization does not extend processing time and does not increase the price.
Most items can be remade in different colors. These need to be remade from scratch, so processing time will be extended. For any order, you can get ten percent off by applying coupon code ireadfaq on your purchase. If colors are the only thing changed, price will not increase.
I gladly accept custom orders. I usually offer a few options to choose from. Time to make and price will be given while consulting the design.

Please keep in mind that sizes given in listing description are approximate and can vary by 1-2 cm due to the nature of handmade items and measurement by hand.
Frameless pictures are measured to fit frame size quoted, thus are actually by a few mm smaller.

All items are best washed by hand, with hot water and mild detergent. Pictures should be removed from frame and mounting board beforehand. Please iron the back side of the embroidery.

If no gift wrapping is purchased, items are packaged as follows:
-cards, bookmarks and jewelry items are put into a resealable plastic bag; multiple items of the same size are put into a single bag unless requested otherwise.
-small pictures are put into plastic bag; if multiple items of similar size are purchased, they are packed together.
-items too big to fit a small plastic bag are wrapped in cellophane foil.
Framed pictures are wrapped in bubblewrap or similar protective material. All items are shipped in bubblewrap envelope. All orders done on Thursday are elligible for one free gift wrap.

For large quantities, please contact me. Any quantity of items can be made, the only limit is time.

Please ask me beforehand if shipping on next business day is available. If you do not ask, or do not receive answer within a few hours, charge for express shipping will not be refunded. Typically, only indvidual items with little to no personalization are elligible.
Refunds due to item not arriving can only be processed when registered shipping is selected. For standard shipping, a replacement will be shipped, exactly the way the original order was, to the same address. Buyer is responsible for checking correctness of their address.

My time zone is UTC+1.00. All time-based offers are done accordingly to time in my local time. Please keep in mind I do not answer your messages at night (midnight to 8 AM of my local time).
Following days are holidays in Poland: January 1st, January 6th, Easter, Easter Monday, May 1st, May 3rd, Corpus Christi, August 15t, November 1st, November 11th, December 25th, December 26th. I will answer your messages on these dates, but shipping on these days is not possible.
